New technology for data memory

Data memory technology is a key technology in network broad-band communication. The two techniques for data memory which are CD and network memory ones are introduced. CD memory technique is the developing direction of hardware memory one, while network memory technique is a method to solve the limit of velocity of light. In addition, the application and the developing direction of these techniques are also dessribed.
