ActiveX scripting-based development of testing software

The development of software tester, an important issue in software testing field, is not the same with the development of common software. In the development of tester, the partition and cooperation between tester and test case must be managed well. Most current test cases are self-defined formatted text file executed by tester, such cases are not only hard to parse, but also hard to read and maintain. To solve this problem, an ActiveX scripting based technology is presented to implement tester. This technology can balance the testing logic between tester and test case, and in the same time it provides a uniform programming interface which is easy to learn and use.
