Thinkings on Operation Mechanism Revolution of Hospital Libraries

The paper discusses the impacts on information work in knowledge economy era,accordingly puts forward that hospital library should carry out a series of revolution on its operating mechanism,including reforming original managing system,carrying out deep level service;changing ideas,strengthening information awareness;promoting automation process in libraries and strengthening the literacy education of professional technical staffs.
