Diversity Performance Analysis of Nonregenerative Cooperative Transmission Systems

The diversity performance of a general cooperative transmission system with nonregenerative fixed gain relays in flat fading channels is analysed based on end to end SNR(signal-to-noise ration) of MGF(moment generation function).Simulation is performed to verify the analysis result that the diversity order of the two-hop cooperative transmission systems with fixed gains is less than one.
