The applications of data mining technique to telecom business CRM

This paper introduced the objective and function of telecom business custom relationship management(CRM),deduced the application model of data mining in telecom business CRM,and then,introduced the concept of the data mining and the techniques which are used in telecom business CRM and discussed its application in telecom business CRM and application process in detail.
