With the development of web services, software development tends to be more rapid and efficient. Requirement engineering which is the sub-domain of software engineering is becoming more and more important. Object-oriented requirement engineering methods create an object model and object interaction to define the relationship and communication of requirements. Those objects are independent of each other,so object-oriented methods are reliable and maintainable. a whole process of requirement engineering method is given under the subject of object-oriented – OOWP. The OOWP gives the whole process of requirement engineering from a macro standpoint, and base on the subject of build objects and relationships from the microscopic view. OOWP is a operable, scientific method. An example is given in this paper which would analysis the requirement of open platform for telecom operators by applying the OOWP method.
