Study on identifying technology of early-warning index of emergency events for earth-rockfill dam

The impacting factors of the emergency events from the earth-rockfill dam,such as dam failure,overtopping,water pollution,etc.are discussed herein from the aspects of natural disaster,quality of dam,operation management and social security,Then a set of impacting factors of the emergency events concerned is set up;for which the identifying technology for the early-warning index is established by integrating the method of AHP,information entropy technologies and group decision making based fuzzy preference information treatment method.The relevant actual application case shows that the method is feasible and reliable.
