BLU Estimator of the General Growth Curve Model with Linear Equality Constraint

The growth curve model with the linear equality constraint is studied. Conditional BLU estimators for arbitrary conditional estimable function is obtained, and the uniqueness in the sense“almost everywhere”is proved.
