Design of Wetland GIS Based COM

Taking Songnen Plane wetland as background, the paper tries to establish an information system of hydrology based on GIS trchnology. A method is presented to develop a wetland GIS by use of COM and designs the system architecture using UML method. At the last, the method is implemented into a prototype system.
