Threshold signature scheme is an important digital signature of modern electronic business. But many of them have some different limitations, in which the conspiracy attack is a major one. After the stadies of a threshold signature scheme, and the analysis of its weakness, this paper proposes an improved scheme. The correctness proof and performanco comparison are here by given.
