Design and Application of the Maritime Emergency Management System on Inland Waters

The software's data stream was analyzed according to the management process.Furthermore,a multi-layered architecture was put forward.From the bottom to top of the software is the basic infrastructure layer,the data layer,the support layer and the application layer.Based on its architecture,a maritime emergency management system on inland waters was established,which is made up of seven modules including the emergency command,emergency act,resource management,electronic river map,table management,network management and the system maintenance.The application of the system is helpful for alarming and emergency events.
