Study on Criminal Responsibility of Property Violation by Electronic Agent

There’re many disputes in field of theory and practice on the conviction of untouchable criminal cases concerned electronic agents. So the cirminal ability of such cases should be clarifed in order to fight against such crime. And respective anysises of the influnce to ciminal abilities should be maken when the electronic agents work normally or abnormally. The crime of property violation by normal electronic agents is a deceit to the victim, so which commits the crime of fraud. The property violation by abnormal electronic agents doesn’t commit the crime of theft, fraud or embezzlement. And it cann’t be convicted under the existing legislation, but which is of serious social harmfulness, so the legislation should be amended and establish a new crime to punish such act.
