The aim of the periodical management work is to serve the teaching and scientific researches.In order to maintain the teaching work and scientific research in a harmonious state,and to be beneficial to the enhancement of teaching and research work,the college to be promoted should ponder over the periodical management work as a whole,from the angle of the optimization of book-collection,the utilization of the document resources and raise the service quality,etc..
