Building up Incentive Evaluation Mechanisms for Counselors in Higher Education

Counselors are an important component of the higher education faculty,who are also crucial managerial service providers to college students.To promote their enthusiasm in work and to enhance their general competence is an issue concerning every college or university.This paper tries to analyze factors restricting the enhancement of this team,to point out the profound significance an incentive mechanism has to the building-up of a great counselor team,and furthermore to propose specific measures for promoting counselors ' work enthusiasm.
