Model for Real Time Image Information Distribution Based on SVG

Information distribution has been developed from text to figure, image and form constituted on network. Real time information distribution model is proplosed based on SVG(Scalable Vector Graphic). Not only transport bandwidth is saved but also transport delay is reduced. Transformation of image can been adapted data change in the database. The system of real time image information distribution is realized.This project can increase efficiency and enlarge application area in the information distribution.
