SVD Algorithm-based Dam Monitoring Data Regression Model

Aiming at the colinearity of data and gross-error existing in dam monitoring data regression analysis,the Singular Value Decomposition(SVD) algorithm is applied to estimate the coefficients of the dam statistic model.The example shows that the algorithm is effective in solving the two problems.
