Designing of a VOD system based on agent

Although True-VOD system could provide high-quality service, it requires excessive system resources. On the other hand, Near-VOD uses less system resources, but their services can not meet the requirement of humans. In the article, we propose a general VOD system based on agents that could provide all kinds of VOD services. By sharing streams between users, general VOD system requires less system resources than true-VOD system.
