Construction & Study on the SCOR-based Agile Supply Chain Operation Model of Logistic Distribution Enterprise

SCOR (Supply-Chain Operations Reference-model) is proper in various fields in industry. In this paper, based on SCOR, first level operation model and second level model of logistics distribution enterprise were constructed. According to the idea of dynamic union, one kind of the operation model of real network and virtual network based on SCOR was put forward in this paper, the model would support the logistics distribution enterprise to set up and operate the dynamic union with technology.
