Application of Geogrid in Solid Waste Landfill

The paper introduces the design plan of using geogrid to reinforce the side slopes of waste dam,waste dump and closed waste landfill.It is proved by calculation that the application of geogrid can reduce the size of waste dam,increase the storage capacity,enhance the stability of side slopes and topsoil of closed landfill and have good prospects.
