The Hierarchy,Root , and Countermeasures of Network Ethics

The characteristic of network is the integration of reality and virtuality. The hierarchy of ethnical norms of network should be classified as advanced, medium and basic requirements which are rooted from the characteristics of the network itself; the characteristics of human nature and network users character; purpose of the computer companies and website. To strengthen the network ethics and morality construction, we should take the following measures as to standardize the operation of the computer companies and websites, to heighten the ethic and moral awareness of being good network users, to standardize the on-line conducts of primary and middle school students, to strengthen the execution of law on network.
