Design and Research of the Information Management System of Surveying and Mapping Laboratory Based on GIS

According to the shortage of experimental equipments in university,this paper analyzes the data of laboratory and classifies them from the angle of system development and database management based on analyzing data of surveying and mapping laboratory.The information management system for surveying and mapping laboratory with the development project by combination of VB as development language and MO as a developing platform was designed and developed.
