Variable Step-size Blind Equalization Algrothm Based on Multi-Mode Error Switch

A new variable step-size blind equalization algorithm based on the multi-mode error switch is proposed by considering the characteristics of the Multiple Quadrature Amplitude Modulation(MQAM) signals.Simulation results based on Brazil-A broadcasting channel and rural channel demonstrate fast convergence, less remainder error and satisfactory performance by using new algorithm.
