Study and Design Of Data Exchange Platform Based On XML/Web Services

XML is a self-describing and platform-free language. It has become a powerful tool when sharing information on Internet. Web Services make it possible to communicate between different programs which are developed in different languages and on different platform. This paper proposes to build a data exchange platform with XML and Web Services technology and then illustrates the architecture of this model as well as the key techniques.
