On Important Items and Range of Attaching Search——Refer to The Law of Taiwan Region

As one of mandatory provisions,search is very easy to infringe the fundamental right of search object,for example,the right of privacy,the right of property and the right of personal freedom and so on.Attaching search is a warrant less search which is easier to infringe the fundamental right of citizen.Our Mainland Area has little fundamental study about attaching search,but our Taiwan Region has many.So this paper summarizes research findings of attaching search in our Taiwan Region in order to provide much help for the construction of attaching search in our mainland.
