Extension of action theory based on causality

The causality semantic theory is improved based on causal action logic, and the extension of action theory is presented. The theory uniformly describes the action execution and causal implications, which makes it possible to wholely discuss the mutual action dependence or independence of the logical language itself. The method also provides a natural formalization for the dependency or independency relations between concurrent actions and actions.
