To Enhance the Respect-Work Spirit of Researcher Started from Increasing the Quantity of Application Document of Scientific Research

The application document of scientific research is the important carrier of scientific research,and also a mirror reflecting the level of respect-work spirit of researcher. In this paper,the content and the performance of respect-work spirit is studied firstly. And then,the key problem of the application document of scientific research is analyzed. Finally,some suggestions on how to enhance respect-work spirit of researcher by increasing the quantity of application document are given.
