A Beam Forming Algorithm of Smart Antenna based on CDMA System

In the 3G mobile communication system, the technology of CDMA take the important position. How to find a method that can combine CDMA and smart antenna is a hot field now. In modern communication system, transmitter don’t transmit the training symbols and reference signal to improve the spectrum efficiency. Therefore, the adaptive algorithm such as LMS and RLS which need reference signal cannot be applied, as a result, the research of blind beam forming algorithm is more and more important now. In this paper, author presents a method of extracting weight vector through to between the variance-covariance matrix of before and after fiter contrast, and simulate the new algorithm.
