Development of Management Information System Based on VB and ArcObjects

This paper took World Vision Project Management Information System as an example,introduced the method developing the GIS management information system by using the AO components in VB?ArcGIS and SQL Serve environment.The pointed system design and database design are given here,and the modular systematic main functions and essential techniques are realized in programming,the integrated management for graphs,attributes and relative information is realized through the close connection with the graphs and arrtributes data.
