The princple and the mechanism of Web service are thoroughly analysed in this paper according to the latest technology of home and abroad and the drawbacks of the current distributed component of Internet are also analysized; This paper describes XML Web services what problems we should solve by which means in order to be able to provide the foundation for new generation Internet application technology.
