Digitalization of Real-time Surveillance System for The People's Procuratorate and Deployment of Remote Surveillance

This paper introduces a digital real-time supervision software used for the people's procuratorate based on the combination of C/S and B/S structure,describes main function and technical approach of the system in detail.This paper gives much emphasis on the proposal,using background encoding technology to realize digitalization of whole interrogating process.And the application of ActiveX and Streaming Media technology in the process of remote surveillance.User's validity checking and the strategy of hardware encryption are unique to guarantee the system's running enviroment being safe,ordered and reliable.This paper proffers a feasible implemented proposal with software and hardware for spreading the synchronous video-audio recording process of the people's procuratorate.
