On the Application of the Effective Communication in the Management of Campus Newspaper at Universities

The application of technology of modern media,campus network,TV,broadcasting and other methods to transfer information have had great impact on the dominance of Campus Newspaper.It has been faced with the situation that the readers are going to be carved up by other media.This thesis tries to apply the effective communication method from Modern Management to the editing,publishing and issuing of Campus Newspaper.With the analysis of the function,carrier,techniques and organizing of effective communication,this thesis tries to prove that Campus Newspaper is the right media to permit the free flow of information effectively and it is also the crucial channel and effective tool to build up a harmonious campus,which fully reflects its role in uniting,guiding and enlightening.
