Technical implementation of project "digital campus" and its management model

Information islet is a problem to be solved urgently for present digital parkarea. To deal with the digital campus as a typical application of digital parkarea, a solution is proposed in connection with two considerations. For one thing, a configuration of triplex system based on XML is considered to be built technically and its technical plan, contents, and kernel is analyzed; for another a new threedimensional configuration of project management system is to be presented according to the analysis of conventional project management models, and that system is indispensable for the development of relevant software. The composition, contents, and their mutual relation are discussed, which provides a theoretical basis for successful implementation of project management.
