Research of Congestion Control Algorithm Wire and Wireless Network

This paper analyzes the method of how to judge the performance of the congestion control algorithm,and researches emphatically typical algorithms and some current important congestion control algorithms in wire/wireless network at present.If points out advantages and disadvantages of these algorithms.Subsequently the drawback in designing congestion control algorithm at present is analyzed.Finally,an interesting direction that optimal control theory is used into the network congestion is provided.
