A Network Congestion Control Algorithm for the Campus Network

According campus network topology and link bandwidth features,this paper proposes a suitable TCP Congestion Control for campus network server.Considering the characteristics of the campus network's link and topology information,the algorithm is more effective.the simulation results show that the improved congestion control algorithms improves the efficiency.In addition,the algorithm don't impact on the whole network,because the protocol is amended only at the source terminal.
