An Improved Index Coding Algorithm Based on Search-Order Coding

This paper presents a lossless index coding algorithm.The algorithm uses the correlation in the index domain of the index map for effective coding.The proposed algorithm is an improved algorithm based on the SOC(Search-Order Coding).Experimental results show that compared with the classical SOC algorithm,the proposed algorithm has a better compression performance.And the larger codebook we use,the better improvement it achieves.
