Design and Implementation of WebGIS Warning System for External Damages Factors on Transmission Lines

Because of various uncertain external damages on the transmission lines,a warning system for external damages based on WebGIS technology was built.The system can launch regular scans actively for data interfaces of external damages on the server side,and refresh continuously the status of external damages on the map,which provides an efficient repairing and monitoring platform for external damages management.
