Design and Manufacture Techniques of X-band High Power T/R Module

The design and manufacture techniques of X-band high power T/R module are introduced.A balanced amplifier is designed as a final amplifier in transmitter channel for x-band high power T/R module.Two power amplifier chips and a Wilkinson coupler are used.The EMC and the assembly technology are discussed in detail.The output power of the balanced amplifier is 16 Watts by applying the technology combined HMIC with MCM.
