Development of the procurement information system over network

The procurement over network radically changes the purchase mode and flow of enterprise. The procurement information systems obtain the purchase plan of enterprise resource plan (ERP), and set up order form. Vendors get information via network in time. Enterprise improves the work efficiency and reduces the purchase cost. The paper analyzes the program of procurement in detail, sets up structure model and procurement database entityrelation, and meanwhile, implements the system with ADO?ASP and SQL2000 database.
