Application of affine transformation in the PCB hole checker system

Affine-transformation in the on-line inspection of PCB resolved the impact of imaging system or board warpage of errors to the test results,enhanced the stability and reliability of the inspection system.In the hole checker system of PCB,standard image and tested image the image registration of based feature points,corresponding to coordinate points on the image as feature points,the establishment of affine transformation model,calculation feature points between two images position relationships,achieve images registration.Through the application of the algorithm in the ASIDA hole checker system of PCB,improved imaging errors or board warpage inspection capacity,achieved a breakthrough.
