Evaluation of the development plan optimization of air defense missile based on information entropy and TOPSIS method integration can avoid the pure objective weight not to be able to consider the target importance was insufficient,and also avoid the important weight insufficiently objective malpractice which the traditional expert hit apportions.Meanwhile,we use Matlab language to program and obtain the referenced program,which can be suitable for the analogous problems.The result indicates that the method is scientific,effective and has certain practical value.
