Set Up Special Legislations for Software Reverse Engineering

The software reverse engineering has important value in the information society.But up till the pre- sent moment our country hasn't set up special legislations for the software reverse engineering now.From the view of the software reverse engineering applications in the information age,the basic theory of the work right law,and our country possess the software protection laws,the authors think that set up special legislations for the software reverse engineering is very important.
