Statistical Analysis for the Environment Factor Under Weibull Process

In this paper, we derive the approximate unbiased estimation and interval estimation of the environment factor under Weibull process. Using Monte-Carlo method, we research the precision of the approximate unbiased estimation and approximate interval estimation of the environment factor. The simulation results show the approximate precision is relatively good.
