Low-delay Application of FGS Coding in H.264 SVC

Video stream can make real-time transmissions over Internet.Minimizing end-to-end delay is critical for ensuring good interaction among the participants.In this paper,we have given the detailed account of several methods of low-delay applications of FGS coding,with each method analyzed,and pros and cons compared.In the end,the issues are addressed concerning future RD trend of the low-delay applications of FGS coding in H.264 SVC.
