Research of the Hybrid Antenna WSN Network Model Based on Paddy Environmental Monitoring

According to the characteristics of the paddy field environment and network reliability requirements,on the basis of theoretical analyzing and field testing the wireless signal transmission distance of the omni-directional antennas and directional antenna,a hybrid antenna WSN clustering network model was designed,and its network operating mechanism was analyzed. By the field test,compared with the omni-directional antenna networking method,the life of cluster head nodes in hybrid antenna WSN network increased by nearly 45%,which could effectively improve the survival time of the entire network.
