Contract Status of Time-varying Systems and the Analysis of Interference Elements Based on FIDIC Contract Conditions

Firstly,this paper describes the constituent elements of contract system. Secondly,according to the sys-tem's law of motion in time,the time-varying process and principle of contract status are clarified and showed by time coordinates. At last,the correction rules in the evolution of contract status in terms of the FIDIC contract con-dition are further analyzed.
