Application and Researches of Mathematics for Evaluation System of Teacher's Virture

The present methods and means for the research on evaluation of the teacher's virture mostly are limited to qualitative narration,quantitative analysis are rare. The thesis synthesizes the advantages of the law of B.S DELPHI and AHP to construct the indicators and weights of the evaluation system of Teacher's virture. To some certain extent,the subjectivity and uncontrollability of different methods in construction of indicators system are weakened. All of those guarantee the scientific nature and objectivity nature of the system.
