Image processing method of SPR imaging refractometer

SPR theory is presented and a SPR imaging system based on principle of ATR is developed.By introducing Gabor filter into image processing,high quality SPR images are obtained and coherent noises are eliminated.It is demonstrated that this methods can increase the sensitivity and stability of SPR refractometer.By using centroid algorithm,a concentration sensitivity of is acquired.
