Defect and Building of Election and Litigation System in Our Country

Taking opportunity of rivising the election law in 2010,the paper reviews the standardization course of the election and litigation system in our country,and compares the election and litigation system in the first election law in 1953 with that in the current election law rivised five times since 1979.On this basis,some suggestions on building our election and litigation system are put forward in accordance with the defect existed in our system through research some more mature rules of other countries.
