Application analysisof hierarchical management mode in ENT patients

Objective To explore the hierarchical management mode in ENT patientsand provide an effective basis for the improvement of clinical nursing.Methods 80 ENT patients,randomly divided into the observation group and the control group of 40 patients,the patients in the observation group were stratified management of nursing mode,while the control group adopted routine nursing mode.Results Taking control of nursing,all patients were cured and discharged,the observation group total nursing quality was better than the control group,P0.05 with statistical significance;nursing job satisfaction than the control group 77.5%,P0.05 with statistical significance.Conclusions The hierarchical management model can comprehend nursing resources,and significantly improve the effect of clinical nursing,has significant clinical value,which is worthy of clinical expansion.
