Application of information fusion in coal mine monitoring system

A new method of information fusion is presented. which combines time fusion and space fusion. Time fusion is realized by Bayes estimation theory. Spacial datas fusion is realized by the Neural Networks to realize integrated assessment of the coal mine’s air quality. Algorithm simulation is carried out on the two-step fusion applied in the coal mine monitoning system. The simulation result improved that the presented method is feasible and effective for coal mine monitoring system.
